Autopilot is included on every plan, so tracked users drive the cost rather than AI. Canny publishes Pro from $79 a month billed yearly (canny.io/pricing, read 19 October 2026) and prices it upward on a tracked-user slider the page renders client-side, so no higher figure is published in HTML; Business, which SAML SSO and Salesforce or HubSpot sync force, is quote-only. Third-party reporting puts a 20-person org near $660 a month at roughly 1,000 tracked users, which is about $7,900 a year — our arithmetic (×12) on a reported monthly figure, not a Canny number.
