How much does Pylon cost?

$16,700/year for a 20-person product team

Checked 21 October 2026 · our arithmetic on published units · 20 seats

Pylon costs $16,700/year for a 20-person team (20 seats), checked 21 October 2026 — our arithmetic on published units.

Pylon publishes seat rates again: Professional $89 per seat and Advanced $139 per seat on usepylon.com/pricing, read 19 October 2026, with no billing period printed beside either, while every add-on on the same page is quoted monthly — SAML SSO at $125 a month, Phone at $35 per seat per month. Shared Slack channels and integrations force Professional, and most teams add the AI assistants, which is what Advanced bundles. Reading those seat rates as monthly, which is our reading rather than Pylon's wording, ten seats on Advanced is about $16,700 a year — our arithmetic, not a Pylon or tracker figure; the “per seat annually” this row used to say was wrong on both counts.

What does Pylon cost for a 20-person team?

$16,700/year a year at 20 seats, checked 21 October 2026 — our arithmetic on published units. Pylon — Investigates each incoming ticket across connected systems before a human opens it and can take approved actions or delegate to other agents. Changes how product escalations reach you: tickets arrive pre-investigated with account and product context instead of a one-line Slack ping.

Does Pylon publish pricing?

Only in units. Pylon publishes per-seat or per-unit rates but no org-level figure, so the number above is our own arithmetic on those published units for 20 seats.
