How much does Productboard Spark cost?
$8,000–$20,000/year for a 20-person product team
Checked 19 October 2026 · buyer-reported, not vendor-published· free, no email, no card
Productboard Spark costs $8,000–$20,000/year for a 20-person team (20 seats), checked 19 October 2026 — buyer-reported, not vendor-published.
Pricing on request: productboard.com/pricing, read 19 October 2026, publishes no plan price at all — Business sits behind “Request demo” and Enterprise behind “Contact sales”. Spark ships in both, but SAML SSO and SCIM are Enterprise-only, so a 20-person org with IdP enforcement lands on Enterprise. The units Productboard does publish are per maker seat per month with a 5-maker minimum, 500 credits per maker monthly on Business, 1,500 base plus 800 per maker on Enterprise, and credit top-ups at $5 per 50 credits monthly or $60 per 600 credits annually — bundle prices, not a year of the product. Comparable buyers report roughly $8,000–$20,000 a year for 8–12 makers; that band is buyer-reported, not vendor-published.

Productboard Spark — A product-management agent inside Productboard that works from your workspace feedback, roadmaps and documents to run discovery, competitive analysis and spec drafting.
Why it matters for PMsIt drafts PRDs and feedback reports against your own insight repository, so spec writing starts from evidence instead of a blank Google Doc.

Our verdict on Productboard Spark for a 20-person product org
PilotFree · no email · no card
The context-native drafting is genuinely useful, but it is new, credit-metered and only priced through sales, so prove draft quality before signing an Enterprise term.
Productboard Spark— SOC 2, SSO and data handling
SAML SSO and SCIM require Enterprise; Productboard publishes SOC 2 Type II via its trust center; roadmap and feedback data stays in Productboard's cloud workspace and the vendor states it is never used to train external AI models.

This is the whole of one brief as subscribers receive it: the verdict, the one sentence behind it, the price a 20-person product org really lands on, the SSO, SOC 2 and data-handling line, and the three lines you can paste into #product. It is from issue #027, which is already published in full — nothing here is withheld, and nothing is being given away that you could not already read.

Graphite Agent
Reviews pull requests and answers questions about a diff inside GitHub, replacing Graphite's earlier standalone Diamond reviewer.
Why it matters for PMsCuts the review wait that stalls your sprint: small fixes get a first-pass review in minutes instead of sitting until an engineer frees up.
At under $10k a year it buys back reviewer hours on every sprint, and SOC 2 Type II clears the usual security review for a 20-person org.
Real price for a 20-person product org
The Team plan at $40 per user per month billed annually is where teams land, because Starter caps AI reviews and Chat; at 20 seats that is $9,600 a year. SAML/SSO, ACLs and audit logs are Enterprise-only (custom, pricing on request).
Integration & data risk
SAML/SSO, ACLs and SIEM audit logs require Enterprise; Team has none. SOC 2 Type II, report via the Cursor trust center. Code and PR context are processed in Graphite's cloud with LLM vendors as sub-processors; AI privacy and code-indexing controls are Enterprise-only.

Today small diffs wait hours for a human reviewer. Agent posts a first pass in minutes, so humans review logic, not formatting and null checks.
Ask: two weeks on one service, one eng lead owns the rules config, we compare time-to-first-review before and after.

Your PMs, your designer and your EM all read the same brief before standup. A Desk Licence covers every reader at one organisation on one invoice — no seat count to pick, no seat admin, nobody to remove when a PM leaves.
Against the $96/year plan it breaks even at five readers: $490/year for the licence against $480 for five annual subscriptions. From the sixth reader on it is the cheaper of the two, and the tenth and fortieth cost nothing more.
We re-read 43 vendor pricing pages every morning — 42 tools, 68 published figures — and diff them against the figures we published.
