Sentry Seer costs $2,880–$9,600/year for a 20-person team (billed per active contributor — 2+ PRs a month — not per seat), checked 20 October 2026 — our arithmetic on published units.
Sentry publishes Seer at $40 per active contributor per month — read 20 October 2026 on sentry.io/pricing, on sentry.io/product/seer/ and in Sentry's billing documentation at docs.sentry.io/pricing. The unit is not a seat. Sentry defines an active contributor as any user who makes two or more pull requests in a month to a Seer-enabled repository, and the count resets every month, so a person who opens one PR, or none, is not billed at all. The only figure we can state exactly is therefore the rate itself: $480 per active contributor per year, our own ×12 of Sentry's published monthly rate. What a 20-person product org pays depends entirely on how many of those twenty clear the two-PR bar in a given month, which we cannot know for your org, so this row prints a band — $2,880–$9,600 a year, our arithmetic — whose floor assumes six active contributors and whose ceiling assumes all twenty people qualify every month. Treat the top of that band as a ceiling rather than a forecast: in a product org of PMs, designers and engineering managers, twenty people opening 2+ PRs a month into a Seer-enabled repo is close to certainly false. Count your own active contributors for one month before committing, and note that the count follows Seer-ENABLED repositories, so turning Seer on for two repos rather than all of them is the control. Seer is an add-on to Team ($26 a month) or Business ($80 a month); Sentry does publish $960 a year — for the Business plan SAML SSO requires, not for Seer — and error-volume overage sits on top of both.
Re-read and re-verified 20 October 2026 against https://docs.sentry.io/pricing/, after this figure ran in issue #022 (15 October 2026). The dated working is in the price-change log.
The unit: active contributor — 2+ PRs a month — not per seat. Sentry does not bill Seer per seat. It bills per ACTIVE CONTRIBUTOR, which Sentry's own billing documentation defines as any user who makes two or more pull requests in a month to a Seer-enabled repository, with the count resetting every month — so somebody who opens one PR, or none, costs nothing. The only figure we can state exactly is the rate: $40 per active contributor per month, or $480 per active contributor per year by our own ×12. The band on this row is our arithmetic over a contributor count we cannot know for your org, and its top end is an explicit ceiling that assumes all twenty people clear the two-PR bar every month — which for a product org of PMs, designers and EMs is close to certainly false. Count your own active contributors for one month before budgeting, and remember the count follows Seer-ENABLED repositories, so enabling Seer on two repos rather than all of them is the control.

Per-active-contributor billing scales faster than the bug backlog shrinks, so prove the fix acceptance rate on two repos before org-wide enablement.
Sentry Seer— SOC 2, SSO and data handling
SAML SSO and audit logs require the Business plan. Sentry publishes a SOC 2 Type II report and DPA. Errors, stack traces and source context stay in Sentry's cloud and route to LLM providers; Sentry's docs state Seer does not train on your data or code.

Graphite Agent
Reviews pull requests and answers questions about a diff inside GitHub, replacing Graphite's earlier standalone Diamond reviewer.
Why it matters for PMsCuts the review wait that stalls your sprint: small fixes get a first-pass review in minutes instead of sitting until an engineer frees up.
At under $10k a year it buys back reviewer hours on every sprint, and SOC 2 Type II clears the usual security review for a 20-person org.
Real price for a 20-person product org
The Team plan at $40 per user per month billed annually is where teams land, because Starter caps AI reviews and Chat; at 20 seats that is $9,600 a year. SAML/SSO, ACLs and audit logs are Enterprise-only (custom, pricing on request).
Integration & data risk
SAML/SSO, ACLs and SIEM audit logs require Enterprise; Team has none. SOC 2 Type II, report via the Cursor trust center. Code and PR context are processed in Graphite's cloud with LLM vendors as sub-processors; AI privacy and code-indexing controls are Enterprise-only.

$490/year
unlimited readers · one organisation · one invoice · paid once for 12 months
Your PMs, your designer and your EM all read the same brief before standup. A Desk Licence covers every reader at one organisation on one invoice — no seat count to pick, no seat admin, nobody to remove when a PM leaves.
Against the $96/year plan it breaks even at five readers: $490/year for the licence against $480 for five annual subscriptions. From the sixth reader on it is the cheaper of the two, and the tenth and fortieth cost nothing more.
We re-read 43 vendor pricing pages every morning — 42 tools, 68 published figures — and diff them against the figures we published.
