Productboard Spark pricing: $12,000–$24,000/year for a 20-person team

How much does Productboard Spark cost?

We cannot re-read $59 per maker, per month daily. Productboard withdrew its published seat pricing. The $59 per maker per month Pro rate this row was built on is not on the rate card in any form, and the only prices it publishes are credit top-up bundles — which are not a year of the product and not what our row quotes. Pages read 2026-10-20: https://www.productboard.com/pricing, https://www.productboard.com/pricing/. The full declaration, dated.

$12,000–$24,000/year for a 20-person product team

Checked 19 October 2026 · buyer-reported, not vendor-published· free, no email, no card

Productboard Spark costs $12,000–$24,000/year for a 20-person team (20 seats), checked 19 October 2026 — buyer-reported, not vendor-published.

Productboard publishes no seat price today. productboard.com/pricing, read 19 October 2026, shows two tiers — Business behind “Request demo” and Enterprise behind “Contact sales” — and carries no seat rate anywhere on the page; the $59 per maker per month Pro rate this row was built on is no longer there. Spark ships in both tiers, but SAML SSO, SCIM and data governance are Enterprise-only, so a 20-person org with about 10 makers lands on Enterprise, which has a 5-maker minimum. Resellers and buyers report roughly $12,000–$24,000 a year for 8–12 makers, with Vendr reporting a median near $23,000 — a buyer-reported band, never a Productboard figure.

Re-read and re-verified 19 October 2026 against https://www.productboard.com/pricing, after this figure ran in issue #015 (2 October 2026). The dated working is in the price-change log.

Our verdict on Productboard Spark for a 20-person product org

PilotFree · no email · no card

The insight-to-feature linking is the real gain, but SSO sitting behind a custom Enterprise quote means you should prove the themes are usable before signing.

Productboard Spark— SOC 2, SSO and data handling

SAML SSO and SCIM require the Enterprise plan; SOC 2 Type II, report via their Conveyor data room; feedback and roadmap data sit in Productboard's cloud with LLM sub-processors, and they state no service data is used in development or test environments.

This is the whole of one brief as subscribers receive it: the verdict, the one sentence behind it, the price a 20-person product org really lands on, the SSO, SOC 2 and data-handling line, and the three lines you can paste into #product. It is from issue #027, which is already published in full — nothing here is withheld, and nothing is being given away that you could not already read.

Adopt

At under $10k a year it buys back reviewer hours on every sprint, and SOC 2 Type II clears the usual security review for a 20-person org.

Real price for a 20-person product org
The Team plan at $40 per user per month billed annually is where teams land, because Starter caps AI reviews and Chat; at 20 seats that is $9,600 a year. SAML/SSO, ACLs and audit logs are Enterprise-only (custom, pricing on request).
Integration & data risk
SAML/SSO, ACLs and SIEM audit logs require Enterprise; Team has none. SOC 2 Type II, report via the Cursor trust center. Code and PR context are processed in Graphite's cloud with LLM vendors as sub-processors; AI privacy and code-indexing controls are Enterprise-only.

$490/year
unlimited readers · one organisation · one invoice · paid once for 12 months

Your PMs, your designer and your EM all read the same brief before standup. A Desk Licence covers every reader at one organisation on one invoice — no seat count to pick, no seat admin, nobody to remove when a PM leaves.

Against the $96/year plan it breaks even at five readers: $490/year for the licence against $480 for five annual subscriptions. From the sixth reader on it is the cheaper of the two, and the tenth and fortieth cost nothing more.
